Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Aldgate
£45,000 – £48,000 + Package Aldgate, London Monday to Friday | 8:00am – 5:00pm
Are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a stable, day-shift role in a high-end environment?
We’re currently recruiting for an experienced engineer to join a premium residential development in Aldgate, working as part of a close-knit team of 4 engineers. This is a great opportunity to step into a well-run site with strong support and a great working atmosphere.
The Role
You’ll be responsible for delivering both planned and reactive maintenance across the site, ensuring all electrical systems are running safely and efficiently.
Your day-to-day will include:
* Electrical PPMs and reactive maintenance
* Fault finding across lighting and power systems
* Emergency lighting testing
* Supporting on AHUs, FCUs, and general building services
* Responding to resident requests in a professional manner
* Working closely with your team to maintain high site standards
What We’re Looking For
* City & Guilds Level 2 or 3 in Electrical Installations
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (essential)
* Experience within commercial or high-end residential maintenance
* Strong fault-finding skills
* A positive attitude and good communication skills
