Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Location: Brislington, Bristol

Salary: £40,000–£45,000 (dependent on experience)

Shifts: Mon-Fri Day Shift

We are recruiting for a well-established, independent, family-owned manufacturing company based in South-East Bristol, UK. They specialise in providing high-quality solutions to the food industry, serving sectors such as bakery, confectionery, chewing gum, and nutrition. With decades of experience, they are committed to innovation, efficiency, and maintaining excellent manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install and commission electrical circuits in line with current regulations

Provide electrical and mechanical breakdown support to maintain production

Manage planned maintenance of equipment and buildings, ensuring compliance

Respond to emergency and unplanned maintenance issues

Supervise and liaise with contractors, ensuring work meets required standards

Maintain accurate service records and reports

Support and train electrical apprentices
