Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer – Electrical Bias (60/40) We are currently recruiting for a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a well-established manufacturing site with strong investment plans and clear opportunities for progression. This role would suit a hands-on engineer with strong electrical fault-finding skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and wants long-term career development. The Role Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will provide electrical and mechanical planned and reactive maintenance support across a wide range of production equipment. You will play a key role in improving plant reliability, supporting continuous improvement initiatives, and working closely with operations to minimise downtime. Key Responsibilities Reactive and planned maintenance across the site to ensure safe and efficient operation of all plant equipment
Electrical fault finding on PLC-controlled systems , motors, drives (AC/DC), inverters, servo drives, and single/three-phase supplies
Mechanical maintenance including bearings, belts, chains, gearboxes, shafts, pulleys, hydraulics, and pneumatics
Working to PM schedules and monitoring equipment performance (OEE, downtime analysis)
