An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based in Isleworth has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for a Senior Mechanical Engineer to be based at a Hospital located in Isleworth. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on-site.

Hours of work

\n Monday to Friday \n

8 am to 5 pm \n

1 week per month 6 am starts for generator testing - 10 Hours OT Guaranteed \n

Plenty of Overtime available \n

Key Duties & Responsibilities

\n Monitor mechanical plant \n

Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings \n

Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning) \n

Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) \n

Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc \n

Monitor the BMS systems \n

Basic electrical duties (Lamp changes etc) \n

General building fabric \n

Escort specialist sub contractors \n

Requirements

\n Electrically qualified - Trade Apprenticeship or City & Guilds/NVQ Level 2 & 3 (Required) \n

18th Edition (Required) \n

Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n

Multi-skilled \n

Good communication skills \n
