Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor
Location: Wandsworth, London (short walk from Wandsworth Town Station)
Salary: Up to £58,000 per annum + Benefits
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (Monday to Friday + occasional weekends with time off in lieu)

About the Role:
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a high-profile site within a large commercial building in Wandsworth, just a short walk from Wandsworth Town Station. Working for a well-established Facilities Management company, this is a fantastic opportunity to lead a small team and play a key role in maintaining critical electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and manage a team of 4 electrical engineers

* Oversee all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works

* Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and industry standards

* Allocate workloads and monitor team performance

* Support with fault finding and complex electrical repairs

* Maintain accurate maintenance records and reports

* Liaise with site management, clients, and subcontractors

Requirements:

* Proven experience in an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor role

* Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)

* Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills

* Previous experience leading or supervising a team

* Good understanding of health & safety compliance

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (preferred)
