Electrical Maintenance Team Leader

Elevation Recruitment Group are working with an engineering company in Scunthorpe to recruit an Electrical Maintenance Team Leader.

The Role

• Planning and allocating daily work, ensuring resources are used effectively
• Taking a hands-on role in maintenance, fault-finding and repair
• Delivering planned and reactive maintenance across the site
• Supporting site projects, installations and continuous improvement activity

The Person

We are keen to speak to Maintenance Leaders who have:

• A background as a skilled maintenance Engineer with an electrical bias
• Previous supervisory experience, or the ambition to step into a leadership role
• Experience of maintenance in a heavy manufacturing environment, ideally with TPM principles
• Knowledge of safe working practices including risk assessments, permits and isolations
• A problem-solving mindset with a willingness to learn continuous improvement techniques
