Delivering planned preventative maintenance across electrical and building services systems Undertaking reactive fault finding and first-line repairs on site services and equipment Supporting minor improvement works and facilities upgrades Monitoring contractors and ensuring compliance with legislation and policy Managing building management systems and helpdesk processes Occasional travel to the Orpington site and local retail sites will be required, so a clean driving licence is essential.
