Electrical Maintenance Engineer | 4-Day Week | £48k+ Package

The Opportunity are you an Electrical Maintenance Engineer/Electrical Maintenance Technician who prefers solving root-cause issues rather than just "patching" machines?

We are looking for a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Technician to join a specialist manufacturing site in Liverpool.

Technical Ownership: You'll have a direct influence on the Preventive Maintenance Programme (PPM) and contribute to project work. What You'll Be Doing Working within a tight-knit engineering team, you will:

Maintain and upgrade electrical systems (motors, panels, relays, lighting).
Diagnose complex faults and implement long-term reliability fixes.
Lead electrical installations and support continuous improvement projects.
Manage flexible on-call requirements (often handled remotely).What We're Looking For

Qualification: NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent).
Background: Solid experience in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.
Skillset: A proven track record with electrical systemsThe Package

Earnings: £20.50 - £22.90 per hour + £71/week allowance (£43k - £48k+ total).
Bonus: Two performance-related bonuses per year.
