Job DescriptionMaintenance Engineer - Commercial Building – Peckham, South East London - Permanent - £40,000 per annum
Exciting opportunity to work for an established FM property company based in London. CBW are currently recruiting for a Maintenance Engineer, either electrical or mechanical to be based at a large commercial building in Peckham, South East London.
The successful candidate will be a fully qualified plumber, electrical or mechanical engineer with a proven track record in commercial or property building maintenance. You will be responsible for carrying out M&E/Fabric planned and reactive maintenance across this large static site, working within an established on-site maintenance team.

Package & Hours of Work
\n £40,000 per annum \n
Monday to Friday – 08:00 am to 17:00 pm (40-hour week) \n
Overtime available \n
25 days holiday + BH \n

Duties & Responsibilities
\n Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc) \n
Emergency lighting tests \n
Control Panels \n
Changing Ballast \n
BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold) \n
Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenance \n
Maintain and update Log books \n
Plumbing - Unblocking toilets \n
Pumps, motors \n
Water flushing / temp checks logs \n
Boosted water pumps \n
Fire damper maintenance \n
Attending Client meeting \n
General PPMs \n
Control of sub-contractors \n
Permit to work system \n
Maintaining Site logbooks \n
Requirements
\n Electrically or mechanically qualified - Level 2 or 3 \n
City & Guilds - 18th Edition \n
Job logic experience () \n
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates \n
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance \n
Multi-skilled \n
Good communication skills \n
