Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:
Oversee daily site operations and manage subcontractor performance, ensuring alignment with project schedules. Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and contribute to progress reports, flagging delays, design issues, or third-party impacts. Attend site, engineering, planning, and handover meetings. Track weekly safety stats and labor projections. Collaborate with the commercial team to manage variations and costs. Implement company procedures with package managers.
Electrical Project Manager Requirements:
Trade background with 3–7 years’ experience managing large-scale industrial projects and subcontractors. Strong technical expertise in electrical systems and design-build processes.
