Job Description
This role is based on site in Norway.
DataX are partnering with a hyperscale data centre developer delivering advanced AI-driven infrastructure in northern Norway. Due to project expansion, they are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of critical electrical systems on a major 230MW hyperscale campus.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end delivery of electrical systems including HV/LV, UPS, generators, and power distribution
Coordinate electrical works from design review through construction, commissioning, IST, and handover
Interface with Mechanical, CSA, Controls, and Commissioning teams
Oversee quality assurance, inspections, testing, and documentation
Ensure works are delivered safely, on programme, and to hyperscale standards
Key Requirements
Proven experience on data centre or mission-critical projects
Strong technical knowledge of HV/LV infrastructure, UPS, and backup power systems
Experience managing contractors and complex site interfaces
Client-side or hyperscale developer experience advantageous
Fluent English required
