Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead a major commercial construction project in Edinburgh. This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of a high-profile development and work alongside a dynamic construction team delivering excellence on site.\n\nElectrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage and coordinate all electrical works on a large-scale commercial project\n\n * \n\n Oversee subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams\n\n * \n\n Develop and maintain project programmes and budgets\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors\n\n * \n\n Attend site meetings and provide progress reports\n\n * \n\n Manage procurement of materials and equipment\n\n * \n\n Lead commissioning and handover processes\n\nElectrical Project Manager Requirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial projects\n\n * \n\n Black ECS\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n Strong knowledge of electrical systems and building services\n\n * \n\n Experience managing large project budgets\n\n * \n\n Excellent leadership and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Ability to work on-site in Edinburgh\n\nPlease submit your CV and a brief cover letter outlining your experience and availability
