Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to lead the delivery of a large-scale commercial new build project. This is a hands-on leadership role, responsible for managing electrical works from pre-construction through to commissioning and handover, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.\n\nElectrical Project Manager Key Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage and oversee all electrical aspects of a commercial new build project\n\n * \n\n Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and consultants\n\n * \n\n Plan, programme, and monitor project progress against milestones\n\n * \n\n Control budgets, variations, and cost reporting\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with relevant electrical standards, building regulations, and H&S requirements\n\n * \n\n Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation\n\n * \n\n Attend client, design, and site meetings as required\n\n * \n\n Ensure quality control, testing, commissioning, and final handover documentation\n\nElectrical Project Manager Key Requirements\n\n * \n\n Black ECS\n\n * \n\n SMSTS\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager on commercial construction projects\n\n * \n\n Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems and installations\n\n * \n\n Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and site teams effectively\n\n * \n\n Excellent organisational, leadership, and communication skills\n\n * \n\n Strong understanding of health & safety regulations\n\n * \n\n Proficient in project reporting and planning tools\n\nHow to Apply\nPlease submit your CV below
