Electrical Project Manager / Estimator\n\n£55,000 - £65,000 a year - Full-time (doe)\n\nLocation: Oxford\n\nImmediate start available\n\nOffice-Based\n\nThe Role as a Electrical Project Manager:\n\nYou will manage electrical projects from tender through to final account, ensuring high standards, client satisfaction, and efficient delivery.\n\nResponsibilities of Electrical Project Manager include:\n\n * Preparing and submitting competitive tenders and quotations (small works to £1m+).\n\n * Interpreting drawings and specifications, completing material take-offs and managing procurement.\n\n * Managing projects from pre-construction through to completion.\n\n * Using software such as Word, Excel, Project, Access, and PowerPoint.\n\n * Liaising with clients, contractors, suppliers, and manufacturers.\n\n * Attending design and progress meetings, issuing RFIs, RAMS and project documentation.\n\n * Maintaining relationships with consultants, builders, and end users.\n\n * Managing multiple projects including refurbishments, new builds and small works.\n\n * Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.\n\nElectrical Project Manager Requirements:\n\n * Time-served electrician with strong technical knowledge.\n\n * Proven experience in estimating and project management.\n\n * Commercially aware with experience across various contract forms.\n\n * Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.\n\n * Ability to work independently and within a team.\n\n * Full UK driving licence.\n\n * NICEIC Qualifying Manager or C&G 2391 (advantageous).\n\nThis is a rare opportunity and ideal for a project Manager seeking security, professional respect, and the chance to work on a varied Project portfolio
