Electrical Project Manager - Heavy Industrial New‑Build (North Wales) Type: Permanent Location: North Wales (site‑based) The opportunity Join a long‑term, complex new‑build programme in North Wales and lead the electrical installation package end‑to‑end. You’ll own HSE, quality, commercial and project‑controls delivery; planning pre‑mobilisation, validating budgets, deploying labour and subcontractors, and driving schedule performance in a safety‑critical, heavy‑industrial environment. What you’ll be doing * Pre‑mobilisation: prepare HSE Plan, Quality Plan, RAMS and ITPs; set up reporting structures and progress measurement. * Programme & delivery: build and maintain an electrical package programme fully coordinated with overall milestones; identify workfronts; remove blockers to meet dates. * Commercial & controls: validate budgets; track man‑hours vs norms, installed quantities and earned progress; produce monthly applications; manage cost/WIP and change. * Change management: submit Early Warnings and Variations for scope growth; keep the client informed with clear cause‑and‑effect analysis. * Procurement & subcontractors: lead tender evaluation/selection, place and administer subcontracts, forecast and manage performance through to close‑out. * Quality & inspections: oversee installation quality, witness test...
