Electrical Project Manager

Location: North London / Kent (projects across London & South East)
Salary: £60,000 – £70,000 + expenses
Type: Permanent

An established and growing building services and workplace delivery contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Electrical Project Manager to support the delivery of commercial workplace, refurbishment and infrastructure projects across London and the South East.

This role will suit someone with a strong electrical background who enjoys working across varied projects, coordinating multiple stakeholders and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.

You will be responsible for managing electrical packages from pre-construction through to completion, working closely with clients, subcontractors and internal delivery teams.

Key Responsibilities

* Managing electrical projects from initial planning through to completion

* Coordinating site teams, subcontractors and suppliers

* Managing project programmes, budgets and reporting

* Liaising with clients and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery

* Overseeing procurement of subcontractors and materials

* Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry regulations

* Attending client meetings and progress reviews

* Supporting commercial teams with variations and cost management

Requirements

* Proven experience as an Electrical Project Manager within building services, construction, workplace or fit-out environments

* Strong electrical technical background

* Experience delivering commercial or workplace projects

* Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and subcontractors

* Good commercial awareness and project reporting skills

* Strong communication and organisational skills
