As our Electrical Project Manager, you will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all phases of residential electrical projects—from initial design and permitting to installation and final inspection. You will work closely with homeowners, contractors, and in-house crews to ensure each project is completed on time, within budget, and to code.

Electrical Project Manager Responsibilities:

Manage multiple residential electrical projects simultaneously

Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets

*

Coordinate with clients, general contractors, and inspectors

*

Supervise and support field electricians and subcontractors

*

Ensure compliance with electrical codes and safety regulations

*

Order materials and manage inventory for each project

*

Track job progress and prepare regular updates/reports

*

Resolve project issues and ensure high-quality workmanship

*

Conduct site visits to monitor progress and safety practices

Electrical Project Manager Qualifications:

*

Valid ECS card

*

SMSTS

*

3+ years of project management experience in residential electrical work

*

In-depth knowledge of the Electrical Code (NEC)

*

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

*

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

*

Proficient in project management software and tools

*

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
