Introduction

Key Responsibilities


  • Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical engineering projects across the nuclear lifecycle
  • Define and agree project execution strategies with the client PPM
  • Coordinate cross-functional project teams across engineering, procurement and construction
  • Prepare business cases, funding papers and progress reports Manage cost control, planning, risk and earned value performance
  • Ensure compliance with nuclear safety cases, CDM and HSE legislation
  • Maintain strong client relationships and effective stakeholder communication
  • Deliver projects safely, on time and to budget in line with governance and baseline controls
  • Drive quality assurance, commercial performance and contractual outcomes


Qualifications & Requirements


  • Degree-qualified, ideally in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
  • APMP or equivalent formal project management qualification
  • Proven experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments
  • Strong understanding of nuclear safety cases and quality management
  • Experience across the full project lifecycle and multi-discipline teams
  • Commercial, contractual and financial project management expertise
  • Proficiency in planning, estimating, risk and reporting tools
