Introduction
This is a rare opportunity to lead complex electrical projects in one of the most highly regulated and safety-critical environments in the UK. You will play a pivotal role in keeping the nation’s nuclear generation assets operating safely, efficiently and sustainably.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of electrical engineering projects across the nuclear lifecycle
- Define and agree project execution strategies with the client PPM
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams across engineering, procurement and construction
- Prepare business cases, funding papers and progress reports Manage cost control, planning, risk and earned value performance
- Ensure compliance with nuclear safety cases, CDM and HSE legislation
- Maintain strong client relationships and effective stakeholder communication
- Deliver projects safely, on time and to budget in line with governance and baseline controls
- Drive quality assurance, commercial performance and contractual outcomes
Qualifications & Requirements
- Degree-qualified, ideally in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
- APMP or equivalent formal project management qualification
- Proven experience delivering complex projects in highly regulated environments
- Strong understanding of nuclear safety cases and quality management
- Experience across the full project lifecycle and multi-discipline teams
- Commercial, contractual and financial project management expertise
- Proficiency in planning, estimating, risk and reporting tools
