With a highly skilled workforce and a commitment to quality, they offer a full-service solution from design through to installation and ongoing maintenance.\n\nRole Overview\n\nAs an Electrical Project Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in overseeing the delivery of complex building services projects.

You'll be responsible for managing technical documentation, coordinating teams, and ensuring timely and efficient project execution.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAttend project start-up meetings and become familiar with all specifications\nManage technical submittals and RFIs through to approval\nMaintain labour trackers and weekly progress reports\nLiaise with main contractors and client-side teams\nOversee coordination and delivery of plant and equipment\nEnsure materials are available and construction/commissioning programmes are in place\nGenerate snag lists and manage handover documentation\nSchedule project-specific activities and subcontractor meetings\nAttend general site meetings and action follow-upsQualifications & Experience\n\nExperience in an Electrical Project Manager or similar role\nProven track record delivering large-scale projects\nQualification in Construction or Project Management (preferred)\nStrong leadership and team supervision skillsWhat's on Offer\n\nUp to £70,000 + £5,000 car allowance \nProfessional development support\nEmployee Assistance Programme\nHealth and wellness initiatives\nInclusive and flexible working cultureIf this sounds like the role for you, then 'apply now'! \n\nHays Specialist Recruitment Limited acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers.
