Key Responsibilities Successfully manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within budget, on time, and to the highest quality standards. Control project costs and maintain profitability while ensuring compliance with Health & Safety, Environmental Policy, Quality Assurance, and company procedures. Develop strong client relationships by delivering excellent service, optimising future business opportunities. Ensure all works adhere to relevant British Standards, client specifications, and statutory requirements. Lead, motivate, and support site-based teams, fostering a high-performance culture. Provide technical support, training, and development opportunities to enhance business effectiveness.
