A leading M&E fit-out contractor is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to join their expanding London team, delivering projects typically ranging from £5m–£10m+.
With a reputation rapidly growing across the London market, this contractor is led by a board of directors who have all progressed internally, creating a culture that genuinely values its people.
Backed by a strong pipeline of secured work and repeat clients, this is a long-term opportunity offering both stability and progression.

The Role:

Managing electrical packages from pre-construction through to handover
Overseeing power, lighting, containment, and life safety systems
Coordinating subcontractors and ensuring programme milestones are met
Working alongside commercial and site teams to drive project success
Maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and client delivery Requirements:

Proven experience delivering electrical packages on £5m+ projects
Strong technical understanding of electrical building services
Experience within M&E contractors or specialist electrical subcontractors
Ability to manage budgets, programmes, and stakeholder relationships
Professional, driven, and solutions-focused
