Role Overview

The Electrical Project Manager will take ownership of LV electrical projects from startup to handover, ensuring timely delivery, budget compliance, and alignment with technical specifications. You will coordinate all aspects of the project with clients, subcontractors, and site teams, including material management and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

• Attend project kick-off meetings and familiarise yourself with project specifications.
• Collate, submit, and track technical submittals, ensuring approvals are obtained.
• Raise and manage RFIs and oversee labour tracking.
• Maintain weekly progress reports, managing any changes or variations.
• Liaise with contractors, client site teams, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate delivery of plant and equipment and ensure materials are available to meet programme deadlines.
• Implement construction and commissioning programmes for LV systems.
• Generate regular snag lists and manage improvements.
• Oversee project handover and maintain project-specific document management.
• Attend site meetings and ensure action points are addressed.
• Communicate project-specific innovations or requirements to management.

Candidate Requirements

• Extensive experience in LV Electrical Project Management or similar roles.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale projects.
• Experience supervising and coordinating teams on-site.
• Qualification in Construction or Project Management is desirable.
