Role Overview

A senior leadership position responsible for overseeing a team of project professionals, ensuring the successful delivery of complex engineering projects. The role focuses on driving performance, supporting team members, and ensuring all projects are completed within agreed timelines, budgets, and client requirements.


Key Duties


  • Provide leadership and direction to a team of project specialists, promoting efficient delivery and strong overall performance across all assigned projects.
  • Maintain a clear understanding of contractual obligations across multiple projects, including key milestones, technical specifications, commercial terms, and compliance with safety standards.
  • Support project leads during the transition phase from sales to delivery, reviewing project details to identify risks, technical considerations, and commercial factors, escalating concerns where necessary.
  • Allocate and coordinate resources to achieve optimal operational and financial outcomes.
  • Offer ongoing guidance to project leads in managing client relationships and contractual matters.
  • Ensure all projects are executed in line with agreed specifications, schedules, and quality expectations.
  • Collaborate with commercial teams to produce and present financial updates, identifying risks, opportunities, and performance highlights.


Candidate Profile


  • Proven experience within an industrial or energy-related sector.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Client-focused mindset with the ability to resolve conflicts and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
  • Relevant qualification in an engineering discipline (mechanical, electrical, or similar).
  • Valid driving licence.
