Shift Leader Stratford, East London Up to £53,000

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Shift Leader to join a leading FM service provider at a commercial property in Stratford, London. Working on a prestigious contract for a highly regarded maintenance company, the successful candidate will operate on a Continental Shift pattern, overseeing a team of Shift Engineers and ensuring all planned preventative and reactive maintenance is delivered effectively within a commercial environment.

The successful candidate will be an electrically biased Shift Leader with a strong background in building services maintenance and a proven ability to lead and motivate a team to consistently achieve contractual service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate logbooks, RAMS, and associated documentation Produce reports and attend client meetings as required Liaise directly with client representatives regarding corrective and remedial works Issue and manage Permits to Work Raise and close work orders using PDA systems Promote and enforce safe working practices, quality standards, and best practice procedures Carry out plant and system isolations in line with safety regulations Ensure all corrective and repair works comply with statutory regulations and company standards Oversee and deliver planned preventative maintenance across HV and LV systems, UPS, generators, and associated plant Maintain HVAC systems including cooling and heating plant and CRAC units Monitor BMS and other critical systems for performance and alarm conditions Requirements:

City & Guilds Level 3 in Electrical Installations, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent Willingness to undertake HVAP (High Voltage Authorised Person) training Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills Demonstrated experience managing and developing a team Solid background in building services maintenance Package:
