Electrical Shift Leader – Data Centre – Hayes - £60,000

Shift Pattern: Continental Days & Nights (4 on / 4 off / 6 on / 4 off / 4 on / 6 off)

We are looking for a confident Electrical Shift Leader to lead from the front, keep critical systems running 24/7, and inspire the team on shift.

Key Responsibilities

* Take full ownership of electrical operations during your shift

* Lead, support, and motivate technicians to deliver best-in-class performance

* Ensure all HV & LV systems operate safely and efficiently

* Act as the primary electrical contact during your shift

* Manage planned preventative maintenance (PPM), reactive maintenance, and fault-finding

* Uphold the highest standards of health, safety, and compliance

Skills & Experience

* Strong electrical experience in critical or high-reliability environments

* HV/LV Authorised Person (AP) experience desirable but not essential

* Previous Shift Leader or supervisory experience preferred

* Open to experienced Electrical Technicians ready to step up into leadership

* Calm under pressure, proactive, and a natural leader
