In this role, you will carry out a broad range of maintenance tasks on electrical and mechanical plant equipment and building services within a brand-new, state-of-the-art commercial property.\nThis is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer looking to work within one of London’s most prestigious buildings and contribute to a high-performing engineering team.\nKey Responsibilities\n * Deliver planned and reactive maintenance on all electrical and mechanical plant and building services.\n * Carry out fault-finding, diagnostics, and timely repairs to ensure optimal building performance.\n * Monitor and maintain critical systems, including lighting, power, HVAC, and life safety equipment.\n * Work as part of a shift team to ensure 24/7 reliability and smooth operation of the building.\n * Maintain accurate records of work completed and ensure compliance with statutory and company standards.\n * Support continuous improvement across engineering operations\nRequirements\n * 2391 Inspection and Testing\n * Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent\n * 18th Edition\n * HVAP – Desired\n * 5 years’ experience in a similar position\n * Right to work in the UK\nWhat’s on Offer\n * 20 Days Holiday\n * Subsidised breakfast, lunch & dinner\n * Free gym & spa facilities onsite\n * Bundles of overtime\n * AP Training\nInterested in discussing further?
