Electrical Site Manager\n\nWe are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team on a high-end commercial hotel fit-out project. This freelance role is ideal for a hands-on leader who can drive standards, ensure compliance, and manage day-to-day electrical activities on a busy construction site.\n\nRole Overview\n\nAs the Electrical Site Manager, you will oversee all electrical works on site, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality. You will coordinate between trades, supervise subcontractors, monitor progress, and support the project through to commissioning, snagging, and handover.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Manage and supervise electrical trades on site, including subcontractors\n\n * \n\n Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and design information\n\n * \n\n Conduct regular inspections and ensure all installations meet quality standards\n\n * \n\n Coordinate daily activities with other trade managers, the project manager, and the site team\n\n * \n\n Ensure full compliance with Health & Safety legislation, RAMS, PPE requirements, and all safe working practices\n\n * \n\n Review test sheets, inspection records, and commissioning documentation\n\n * \n\n Monitor progress, report delays or risks, and implement corrective actions where required\n\n * \n\n Support snagging, defect resolution, and the preparation of handover documentation\n\n * \n\n Maintain accurate site records including daily/weekly reports, timesheets, and materials usage\n\nRequired Qualifications & Experience\n\n * \n\n Minimum 3 years’ experience as an Electrical Supervisor / Electrical Site Manager\n\n * \n\n Proven background on commercial fit-out projects (hotel experience advantageous)\n\n * \n\n Valid ECS Gold Card\n\n * \n\n SSSTS certification\n\n * \n\n Full UK Driving Licence\n\nHow to Apply\n\nTo apply for the Electrical Site Manager role , please send your up to date CV
