About the Role We are seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Site Manager to oversee and manage our building services projects in Milton Keynes. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of coordinating site activities efficiently and safely.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for:
Health & Safety management on site

Fulfilment of CDM principal contractor duties

Daily coordination of site activities

Managing and supervising subcontractors

Reviewing and signing off project documentation

Coordinating the site team to ensure smooth operations

Maintaining effective client communications

Conducting work inspections and quality checks

Experience & Qualifications The ideal candidate will have:
Minimum 5 years site management experience

SMSTS qualification

CSCS Card

First Aid at Work certification

Proven CDM experience

Experience managing building services projects , particularly in BMS, metering, and electrical works

Excellent communication and leadership skills
