Mech Electrics is recruiting an Electrical Site Manager for works across live buildings at Gatwick. You’ll oversee day‑to‑day electrical site activity, managing subcontractors and safety on complex, operational projects.

Mech Electrics supplies experienced site and project professionals to built‑environment delivery teams working on complex, live estates across the UK.

We’re supporting ongoing works at Gatwick and are looking to appoint an Electrical Site Manager to strengthen the on‑site delivery team.

The Opportunity

This role is fully site‑focused, managing electrical works within occupied buildings where safety, coordination and clear communication are essential.

You’ll work closely with Project Managers and supervisors to ensure daily activities run safely and efficiently.

The Role

* Manage day‑to‑day electrical site works

* Supervise subcontractors and site labour

* Enforce health & safety standards

* Review and implement RAMS

* Coordinate works with other trades

* Monitor quality and progress on site

* Support testing, commissioning and handover

You’ll be the visible electrical lead on site, keeping standards high and work moving.

What We’re Looking For

* Electrical Site Manager or Senior Supervisor experience

* Strong electrical trade background

* Comfortable working in live environments

* Strong understanding of site safety and sequencing

* Confident managing subcontractors

* SMSTS (or SSSTS with solid experience)

* Full UK driving licence
