High-End M&E Project - St Johns Wood
We are a well-established M&E subcontractor delivering technically complex and architecturally exceptional projects. Due to the award of a very high end, flagship development , we are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to lead the electrical delivery on site.
This role would suit a driven professional who takes pride in quality, attention to detail, and working collaboratively on prestigious projects.
The Role
As Electrical Site Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of all electrical works on site, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on programme, and to the highest possible standard.
Key responsibilities include:
Managing and coordinating electrical subcontractors and direct labour
Overseeing installation quality to meet exacting client and design standards
Ensuring compliance with all health & safety requirements and company procedures
Working closely with the Project Manager, design teams, main contractor, and client representatives
Monitoring programme progress and resolving site issues proactively
Managing inspections, testing, commissioning, and handover processes
Ensuring works are delivered in line with specifications, drawings, and schedules
Requirements
Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager on high end or complex M&E projects
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems within commercial or luxury residential environments
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to manage quality, programme, and safety simultaneously
SMSTS (or equivalent)
Relevant electrical qualifications
