Job Description

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading M&E contractor who is seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to support delivery on a warehouse project in Southampton.

This is a 6-month contract opportunity working on a fast-paced industrial build, offering the chance to join a reputable contractor with a strong pipeline of ongoing M&E projects.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee all on-site electrical installation works
  • Coordinate subcontractors and electrical site teams
  • Ensure works are delivered safely, on time, and to specification
  • Liaise with project management, clients, and other trades
  • Monitor progress against programme and support site reporting
  • Ensure all H&S procedures and RAMS are adhered to
  • Conduct quality checks and snagging inspections


Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Electrical Site Manager within M&E / construction
  • Strong background on warehouse, industrial, or commercial projects
  • Excellent leadership and coordination skills
  • Good understanding of electrical installations and site delivery
  • Strong communication and organisational ability
  • SMSTS or SSSTS (essential)
  • ECS / CSCS (desirable)
