Job Description

We are currently seeking an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join a major £15m+ high-end residential project based in Leeds. This is a permanent position offering long-term stability, competitive salary, and the opportunity to work on a flagship development.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate all electrical works on site, ensuring delivery in line with programme and quality standards.

Manage electricians and subcontractors on a day-to-day basis.

Ensure all electrical installations comply with current regulations and project specifications.

Work closely with the Project Manager, Main Contractor, and other trades to coordinate activities.

Oversee first and second fix installations, testing, commissioning, and handover.

Ensure materials, plant, and labour are planned and available to meet programme requirements.

Monitor workmanship and carry out quality inspections to high-end residential standards.

Ensure strict adherence to health & safety procedures, RAMS, and site policies.

Assist with inspections, snagging, and final handover documentation.

Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and as-built information.

Requirements

Proven experience as an Electrical Site Supervisor on residential or high-end residential projects.

Strong knowledge of electrical installations and building services.

Ability to manage site teams and drive productivity.

Good understanding of health & safety legislation and site compliance.

Strong communication and coordination skills.

Relevant electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).

SSSTS or SMSTS preferred.

2391 / testing qualifications desirable
