Electrical Supervisor – Lead with Impact, Drive Excellence
Location: Corsham
Contract Type: Full-Time

We're looking for a motivated and experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee the delivery of all mechanical, electrical and associated maintenance services across our site. What You'll Be Doing
Lead and inspire a team of engineers and subcontractors to deliver efficient, high-quality services.
Ensure all work meets contractual KPIs and financial targets.
Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver services professionally and cost-effectively.
Provide accurate reporting and play a key role in supporting audits across quality, health & safety, environment, and finance.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a technically strong leader with:
Proven experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and overseeing operational spend.
Solid knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Confidence in handling escalations, driving continuous improvement, and promoting QHSE best practices.
Key Skills & Behaviours
Customer-focused with a “can-do” attitude and eye for detail.
Able to prioritise under pressure and solve problems pragmatically.
Strong leadership qualities with the ability to encourage and embed the right behaviours across the team.
Essential Qualifications & Experience
City & Guilds Level 3 Certificate in Electrotechnical Technology
NVQ Level 3 in Electrotechnical Services
18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS 7671)
Electrical Installation Apprenticeship (Level 3)
Experience in a technical estates or facilities management environment
Previous supervisory or team leader experience
