Electrical Supervisor - Data Centres\n\nLocation: Midlands & Home Counties (Site Based)\n Project Values: £25m - £150m\n\nWe are currently recruiting an experienced Electrical Supervisor to work on large-scale Data Centre projects across the Midlands and Home Counties. This is a site-based, delivery-focused role overseeing the day-to-day installation of electrical services on complex, high-value schemes.\n\nThe Electrical Supervisor will be responsible for driving productivity on site, coordinating labour and subcontractors, and ensuring electrical works are delivered safely, to programme, and to the highest quality standards. This role suits a hands-on Electrical Supervisor with experience working for a main contractor on technically demanding projects.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nAct as the on-site Electrical Supervisor for all electrical installation activities\n\nSupervise electrical subcontractors and direct labour, ensuring productivity and quality\n\nDeliver electrical works in line with drawings, specifications, and construction programme\n\nManage day-to-day site activities including sequencing, access, and coordination with other trades\n\nMaintain high standards of health & safety, quality control, and housekeeping\n\nCarry out inspections, snagging, and quality checks of electrical installations\n\nMonitor progress and report issues, delays, and resource requirements to site management\n\nSupport testing, commissioning, and handover of electrical systems\n\nRequirements\n\nProven experience working as an Electrical Supervisor on large construction projects\n\nBackground in Data Centre, mission-critical, or complex commercial projects \n\nStrong technical knowledge of electrical building services, power, containment, and systems\n\nExperience supervising subcontractors and site labour within a main contractor environment\n\nSSSTS or SMSTS \n\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills essential for an Electrical Supervisor\n\nWhat's on Offer\n\nLong-term opportunity working as an Electrical Supervisor on major Data Centre projects\n\nCompetitive salary or day rate with benefits\n\nStable pipeline of high-value, technically complex work\n\nOpportunity to work for a leading main contractor on flagship schemes
