About the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced and motivated Electrical Supervisor to oversee electrical works on a large scale commercial construction project. This is a key role responsible for ensuring that all electrical installations are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.\n\nElectrical Supervisor Key Responsibilities\n\n * Supervise and coordinate electrical teams and subcontractors on site\n\n * Ensure all works are carried out in line with project specifications, drawings, and regulations\n\n * Monitor progress against programme and report on milestones\n\n * Maintain high standards of health & safety, ensuring compliance with site policies\n\n * Conduct inspections, quality checks, and snagging of electrical installations\n\n * Liaise with project managers, site managers, and other trades to ensure smooth delivery\n\n * Manage materials, labour, and resources efficiently\n\n * Provide technical guidance and support to electricians and apprentices\n\nElectrical Supervisor Requirements\n\n * Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial projects\n\n * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3, City & Guilds, or equivalent)\n\n * SSSTS or SMSTS certification \n\n * Strong knowledge of current electrical regulations and standards (e.g., BS 7671)\n\n * Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills\n\n * Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications\n\n * Valid ECS/CSCS card\n\nTo Apply\nPlease submit your up to date CV to apply for the Electrical Supervisor's position
