Electrical Supervisor – North London £30–£32 per hour | Ongoing Projects | Immediate Start

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee works on a minimum of two live projects across North London.

This role requires a strong health & safety–focused supervisor who is confident managing site teams while maintaining high standards of compliance, quality, and delivery.

Projects Include:

* BMS Upgrade (Building Management System)

* AHU & VRF Upgrades (Air Handling Units & Variable Refrigerant Flow systems)

Key Responsibilities:

* Supervising electrical operatives and subcontractors on site

* Ensuring strict adherence to health & safety regulations and site procedures

* Overseeing installation works on BMS, AHU and VRF upgrade packages

* Conducting toolbox talks and site briefings

* Liaising with project managers, clients and other trades

* Ensuring works are delivered on programme and to specification

* Managing RAMS and ensuring compliance at all times

Requirements:

* SSSTS (minimum – essential)

* Strong health & safety background with proven site compliance experience

* Previous experience supervising electrical works on commercial projects

* Experience with BMS, AHU and/or VRF systems preferred

* ECS/CSCS card

* Strong communication and organisational skills
