Electrical Supervisor - Working

We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Electrical Working Supervisor to join our team on a commercial construction project. This role requires a strong leader who can oversee electrical installations while actively participating in site work to ensure quality, safety, and timely delivery. Looking for a working supervisor with the intention of developing into a Junior PM.

Electrical Working Supervsior Key Responsibilities:

* Supervise and coordinate day-to-day electrical activities on site

* Lead and support a team of electricians and subcontractors

* Carry out electrical installation work as required

* Ensure all work complies with current regulations and safety standards

* Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications

* Monitor progress against project timelines and report updates to management

* Conduct site inspections and maintain high-quality workmanship

* Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and materials

* Promote and enforce health & safety procedures at all times

Electrical Working Supervsior Requirements:

* Gold ECS card

* SSSTS

* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification

* Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor or similar role

* Strong background in commercial electrical installations

* Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)

* Excellent leadership and communication skills

* Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
