An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced and motivated Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join a leading FM service provider, overseeing electrical maintenance operations across a large, high-end residential development in South Kensington. As Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of a small on-site team of two engineers, ensuring all planned and reactive electrical maintenance activities are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest standards expected within a luxury residential environment. This is a hands-on supervisory role, split 50/50 between management and on-the-tools duties, making it ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge who enjoys leading a team while remaining actively involved in site operations and delivering an exceptional level of service to residents. Hours of Work 08:00am 17:00pm Monday to Friday Key Responsibilities Carrying out daily checks, as well as planned and reactive electrical maintenance Acting as first response to electrical and system faults across the building Overseeing lighting controls, HVAC electrical systems, and general LV infrastructure Supporting wider facilities operations and escalating issues where required Coordinating with mobile support teams and specialist contractors Maintaining accurate system logs, completing PPM tasks, and ensuring timely close-out of work orders About You Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & xehkeey 3 or equivalent) Strong LV experience Willingness to undergo an Enhanced DBS check Comfortable working both independently and as part of a small team Proactive, with strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Confident working with modern building systems and automation Professional and calm when dealing with residents and clients Flexible and willing to support in emergency situations when required For more information or to apply, please send your CV to Katie at CBW Staffing Solutions.
