We are looking for an Electrical Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Electrical Supervisor​​​​​​​ to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
As the Electrical Supervisor​​​​​​​, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
The Electrical Supervisor​​​​​​​, will be responsible for:
* Act as an Authorised Person for electrical systems and a Task Supervisor under the site safety regime (training provided).
* Line-manage electrical operatives, including their induction, briefings, technical guidance, performance monitoring, and ensuring adherence to health and safety.
* Carry out planned and reactive maintenance across a portfolio of buildings, including:
1. Electrical inspection and testing
2. Emergency lighting and RCD testing
3. PAT testing
4. Repair/replacement of lamps, sockets, and minor installations
* Complete NICEIC certification and electrical documentation to required standards. ...
