This is a hands-on working supervisor position, ideal for someone with strong technical expertise and proven leadership experience specifically within domestic and social housing environments. The Role You will supervise and support a team of electricians carrying out maintenance, remedial works, testing, rewires and compliance upgrades across a busy social housing portfolio. You will ensure all works meet statutory regulations, certification standards, and the contractor's quality expectations while maintaining excellent working relationships with tenants, housing officers, and client representatives.
