Electrical Supervisor / Construction Manager / Project Manager

Rate: £270 – £350 per day (DOE)

The Opportunity

One of the UK’s largest MEP contractors is seeking an experienced Electrical professional to support delivery on a public services scheme based in Great Yarmouth.

This is a straight delivery role — all pre-construction has been completed — so the successful candidate will be responsible purely for site execution, coordination, and programme management over a 6-month period.

The Role

Depending on your level (Supervisor, Construction Manager or Project Manager), responsibilities will include:

Overseeing electrical installation works on site

*

Managing subcontractors and direct labour

*

Driving programme and ensuring milestones are met

*

Coordinating commissioning and quality inspections

*

Maintaining strict health & safety compliance

*

Liaising with the client and senior project team

*

Managing permits and safe systems of work

Requirements

*

Proven experience in electrical site delivery within the MEP/building services sector

*

Background in public sector, healthcare, education or similar environments preferred

*

Strong understanding of programme and quality control

*

Must be based within a commutable distance of Great Yarmouth

*

AP tickets preferred (not essential)

Candidates located too far from Great Yarmouth will not be considered.
