Role & Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of 4 engineers and 1 apprentice, ensuring work is completed safely and efficiently Oversee maintenance activities across production equipment and site services within a heavy manufacturing environment Coordinate planned maintenance and manage reactive breakdown response to minimise downtime Provide technical guidance on electrical and mechanical fault finding using drawings and schematics Support PLC diagnostics and oversee installation, commissioning and modification of machinery and equipmentKnowledge, Skills & Experience:
Proven maintenance engineering experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments Previous supervisory or team leadership experience Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering Experience with PLC fault finding and diagnostics Strong hands-on electrical and mechanical fault-finding capabilityIf you're ready for your next challenge, click the link below to apply or email your CV to (url removed) for a confidential discussion!
