About the Client Our client is a rapidly growing commercial electrical contractor and part of a national specialist building services group. They specialize in high-security and high-compliance environments (Defence, Ministry of Justice) and are currently leading the industry in AI-driven site management.
The Role
You will be at the forefront of our digital transformation, using AI-assisted reporting, real-time tracking, and digital management platforms to optimize site performance
Split: 60% lead-hand/on-tools, 40% digital oversight and commercial management. Tech: Use cloud-based certification, AI reporting summaries, and digital job costing tools. Lead commercial installations, testing, and maintenance in high-compliance environments (Prisons, Defence, Commercial). Manage teams via digital planning systems, track real-time productivity, and use mobile systems for RAMS and progress logs. Identify and cost variations proactively using data evidence; support tender inputs and site surveys. Supervise and develop apprentices and subcontractors to maintain high workmanship standards.
