Electrical Supervisor – Data Centre Project | Slough | 10-Month Contract

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to join a major data centre project in Slough. This is a 10-month contract position working directly for the General Contractor (GC).

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installation works on site, ensuring adherence to design specifications and health & safety standards.
• Manage and mentor electrical teams, subcontractors, and site operatives.
• Monitor progress, report on work completed, and ensure high-quality workmanship throughout the project.
• Liaise with project management and other trades to maintain smooth site operations.
• Ensure compliance with relevant electrical regulations and standards.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an Electrical Supervisor on commercial or data centre projects.
• Strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, distribution boards, and structured cabling.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations on construction sites.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.

• Reporting: Directly to the GC
