About the Role Shift pattern (4 on 4 off, rotating days and nights): 4 days, 4 off, 4 nights, and then 4 off (continuous). Upon joining us, you'll be on days during your induction. Your overall contribution at Northwood: Sustaining and improving equipment reliability and efficiency, creating and monitoring innovative maintenance programs, supporting commissioning of new lines and the development of performance measures and yearly maintenance plans. You'll also play a key role in cross-skilling our Operators' skillset in Changeovers, CILs, and minor PPMs and repairs.
