Electrician & Improver (Pair Required)
Location: Buckingham Palace Road (near Green Park Station), London Duration: 8 Weeks (with potential for ongoing Central London work) Start Date: Immediate Rates:
* Electrician: £29 per hour
* Improver: £22 per hour
Project Overview
We are looking for a pair – 1 Electrician & 1 Improver for an office project on Buckingham Palace Road. The project consists of CAT A & CAT B office fit-out works, with strong potential for follow-on work across Central London.
Key Responsibilities
* 1st and 2nd fix electrical installations
* Installation of tray, trunking, and wiring
* Carrying out a high volume of lighting installations
* Working efficiently to meet project deadlines
Working Hours & Pay
* 7:00am – 3:30pm
* Minimum 9 hours paid per day
Requirements
* Valid ECS / JIB Card
* Previous experience on office fit-out projects
* IPAF preferred but not essential
* Ability to start immediately
Additional Information
* 8 weeks’ work initially
* Opportunity to move onto further Central London projects due to ongoing project wins
