Job Title: Electrician\n\nJob Type: Permanent, Full-Time\n\nSector: Property Services\n\nLocation: Cambridge\n\nHours: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 17:00\n\nSalary: £22.00 - £25.00 per hour\n\nWe are looking for a skilled Electrician to join a local contractor working in partnership with housing associations to deliver exceptional repairs and maintenance services.\n\nAs an Electrician, you will carry out a variety of electrical repairs, maintenance tasks, and upgrades, ensuring work is completed to a high standard, right first time, and within the allocated time.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\nCarrying out a wide range of electrical repairs and maintenance in occupied and void properties, including small fittings, wiring rectification works, full upgrades, heating upgrades, fault finding, and EICRs.\nUsing a PDA device to complete timesheets and worksheets detailing work undertaken and materials used. \n\nRequirements:\n\nFull UK Driving Licence (manual)\nCity & Guilds 2382-22 18th Edition\nNVQ Level 3 Diploma in Electrical Installations\nCity & Guilds 2391-52 Inspection and Testing or equivalent ()\nBasic Criminal Record Check (DBS)\nOwn set of tools \n\nBenefits:\n\nCompany vehicle, fuel card, and uniform included as part of the role package.\nLong term work\nWeekly pay \n\nIf you're interested in this position, we'd love to hear from you.\n\nLON123
