2x Electricians Required – Colwyn Bay – Social Housing Project – Immediate Start
We are currently recruiting 2x Electricians for a social housing project in Colwyn Bay.
This role involves working on apartment blocks, carrying out full rewires as part of an ongoing refurbishment programme.
We are also open to Electrician + Improver pairs, so if you work as a team, we want to hear from you.
The Role:
* Full rewires on occupied and void apartment blocks
* Working within social housing environments
* Maintaining high standards of work and site safety
* Working independently or as part of a small team
Project Details:
* Location: Colwyn Bay
* Start: ASAP
* ⏳ Duration: Ongoing work until November 2026
* Rate: £25.00 per hour Electrician / £19/HR Improver
* ⏱️ Hours: 42.5 hours per week
Requirements:
* Gold JIB Card (essential)
* Experience with domestic rewires / social housing projects
* Own tools and PPE
* Ability to work efficiently in live environments
