We are looking for a Electrician in Kingston upon hull
Paying £33,280 per year, full time permanent role.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carry out electrical repairs and maintenance in social housing properties
* Install and maintain ventilation systems
* Engage with in a customer-facing role
* Collaborate with schedulers and management
* Use a PDA system to complete job cards and certificates
What We’re Looking For:
* 3+ years of electrical experience (social housing experience )
* Reside within 45 minutes of Hull.
* 18th Edition & NVQ Level 3 & AM2
* Strong communication & computer literacy (MS Office, email, etc.)
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Proficient in installation of fans in residential properties
