Electrician (Repairs & Maintenance) x3\n\nLocation: London, Westminster \n\nSalary: £44,000 per year + Excellent Benefits\n\nAre you an experienced Electrician looking for a stable role where you can make a genuine difference in the community? We are seeking a skilled professional to join our team delivering high-quality electrical repairs, testing, and installation works within social housing.\n\nYou will be the face of our service, ensuring that ' homes are safe, compliant, and well-maintained.\n\nThe Role\n\nWorking independently or as part of a team, you will undertake a variety of domestic electrical tasks across a dedicated area. Your focus will be on "right first time" delivery, ensuring all works comply with BS7671 and strict Health and Safety protocols.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nPerform electrical repairs, maintenance, and new installations.\n\nConduct EICRs (Electrical Installation Condition Reports) and remedial works.\n\nDiagnose faults and identify effective, long-term solutions.\n\nRecord accurate data and job completion details via a PDA/mobile system.\n\nParticipate in monthly Team Briefs, Toolbox Talks, and Technical Bulletins.\n\nAbout You\n\nWe are looking for a confident communicator with a positive, inclusive attitude.
